Reader's Workshop

  To start the year, our classroom is learning how Reader's Workshop is suppose to work. Right now we are reading Dear Mr. Henshaw as a group. The students are reading either by themselves or with their groups. The students are then taking chapter notes in their Reader's Workshop Notebook. As a class we discuss the book and what they think about what they are reading. the students have been doing a great job during the first week.
